Mold is a type of fungus that thrives on moisture. It can spread very quickly within the home, reproducing in as little as 48 hours under the right conditions. Mold penetrates deep into surfaces, damaging a property from the inside, out. In addition to harming elements of a home, it can also eventually start to affect peoples’ health.

It is crucial to use specialized products to remove mold, dehumidify area and prevent mold from returning. This is the main reason why it is best to have a professional to assist. One way to ensure that you have the best people working for your property and your health is to look at the credentials they have.

We had a case recently in which we were required to visit a property for a leak. Our team assessed the situation and determined that there was a high chance that there would be mold in the property. The main issue with this situation was that the homeowner has a delicate health condition, which made it dangerous to her health to remain in the property. For this reason, we arranged for the homeowner to be accommodated in a different place before we started any work. After some days we completed the task and made sure that the place was free from mold and ready to be put back together. The result was a very grateful client. Not only because of the fast response, but with how our team handled the situation.
