With the spirit of Thanksgiving still very fresh in our minds and hearts. I would like to take a moment to look back into this year. 2019 has been a tremendous year for Above & Beyond.
As most of you will know, in February this year we launched the water damage/ mold remediation business. It has been a challenging experience full of learning. 10 months into the business, we are absolutely blown away by the support of our clients. We are doing well, we are working hard, and we aim to make sure we always over-deliver every time we are given an opportunity.
I want to emphasize how thankful we are, not only for our clients but also for our excellent partners. At Above & Beyond we carefully select our partners knowing their responsiveness and service quality will only contribute to our benefit in building a reputation of being a company that cares. As we always say: we look after our client’s home or property like it’s our own family, and our partners are a vital part to achieve this objective.
Each team member is a crucial part of the company and what we are looking to achieve. Working hard and going above and beyond to always deliver the warm, caring service we take pride in, with great results. The team will always come together to ensure we deliver on our promise. I am extremely appreciative of all the hard work they do as individuals.
Finally, I would like to acknowledge the great community we have the opportunity to serve. 5 years ago, I arrived in this country with a big dream, and the West Coast Floridian community has been more than gracious in receiving me, my family and my company to make the dream come true.
I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every person who has helped this dream become a goal and a reality. It means a lot. We are striving to work hard to be the company that you will continue to recommend, that you will love to work with, that you will be proud to work at and that you will recognize as part of the community.
Thanks all, for a tremendous year.
Onward, upward, forward, together.
